I turn on team viewer on my desktop at my office on a windows 10 Dell computer.  When I leave to travel and try to login it sometimes lets me login once and then it remains disconnected so I can no longer login to my desktop.    Is there a setting that I have not checked to have this PC remain available all the time?


  • This is possibly due to the fact that you have 'sleep' settings on your PC. You would need to make sure that it does not go on stand by when it has not been used for a while. 

    As long as the PC is awake, and connected to the internet, you are able to connect via TeamViewer.
