Teamviewer doesn't log in

For months I've had problems with Teamviewer not logging in on one of my 2 PCs. Once it was resolved by Teamviewer support by "doing something in the system". Next time I tried to uninstall and reinstall, which helped for some weeks, but now the problem is here again, and I need this fixed permanently.

I have a business subscription and Teamviewer works fine on the other PC I have. I have a screenshot of how Teamviewer looks on the PC where it doesn't work, which I can send if necessary.
