Access to a specific ticket


How do I give someone (not the requestor or the agent) access to a ticket? 

We often have to get approval from a business unit manager to complete a request; for example the owner of s restrictiued folder has to apporve new users. We tried to cc the manager on a "Reply" asking them to approve, but the manager gets a message saying they do not have access to the ticket.

    When putting someone to CC he will receive the whole conversation of ticket and person who is CC-ed he can reply to that email and his reply will be added to ticket in Servicecamp.

    So the manager does not need to go to Servicecamp itself but give approval just by replying to mail.

    I would like to also mention that we are thinking on to implement some arroval mechanism for mentioned use case however there is no any ETA at this moment.
