Teamviewer (13.2.14327) Not Starting with Windows (10)

After the recent update, I am no longer getting the expected start up with Windows. I can put the .exe file in the Windows Start-Up folder I suppose, but this doesn't mean the problem is fixed. I use the function to remotely login after a Windows Update, which means I get the login screen - with this issue, I cannot even reach the remote computer.
Anyone else having the same issue?

I am having this problem.
I get a white window that says that teamviewer is starting and then 3 dots repeat indefinitely.
