Remote control Moto G5 from Mac

I am trying to control Moto G5 from mac remotely. I have installed Team Viewer Quick Support app on the Moto G5 and tried to connect it from Mac using Team Viewer App. I was only able to see the screen of Moto G5, not able to control it. I didnt find QS Add On for Motorola in the play store, so installed QS Add On for lenovo (asuming Motorola now part of Lenovo)

Both the devices are in different country. 

Anyone knows whats wrong here ?
