Lost phone and 2fa. Didn't record reocery code

I lost my phone, thus my 2fa since I'm using lastpasss and I apperently didn't have it set up to sync. If I was sent a recovery code in the past sometime I obviously didn't record it. Could I have someone delete my account so I can start from scratch?
