Please allow to change layout of managing tickets page or for now, only resize of columns.
Columns:
filters,Inboxes || List of tickets || Tickets details || Fields of tickets
because column with tickets details is too wide and column with tickets list and fields of ticket is too narrow.
Second thing
Please move additionals fields from right column to column with detail of tickets.
