After testing TV12 no QuickSupport

After the test TeamViewer12 with a license, I have uninstalled TV12. 
Now no one else can use the QuickSupport on my computer.
Is there a clean uninstall tool?

    Thank you for your post.

    Have you deinstalled TeamViewer via Control Panel --> Programs and Features 
    with checked Remove settings?


    With this setting TeamViewer should be uninstalled cleanly without further action.

    Do you get any notification or error message if you started Quick-Support on this computer?

    Could you please make a screenshot from this message?
