ID reset to free but still not working

As you can see from the print screen, after I sent an email that I've been blocked beeing mistaken as a commercial use, I got an email tellimg me that my ID has been reset to a free one with personal usage... but it still kicks me out after 5 mins and it still blocks me from reconecting to my PC from my laptop for example or to my girlfriends PC.. for 10 mins.. and that can go on for hours.. 5 min of usage and 10 min of brake..

Why? DO I need to do anything? Was it reset or not?

I have the same problem - I was sent an email on July 17th saying I was good to go - but when I log in still says expired Trial version and wants me to buy - I just want the free version!
