1. Is it possible to add another status? I want to add on call Pending Parts?
2. I tried the "Add files" button to add a jpeg to a case but nothing happened. What are the limitations of this feature?
Hi 1. At this moment it's not possible to add extra statuses. As a workaround I can suggest to create a custom field and put their your own statuses.2.The only limitation is a size of jpeg file. If it's more than 8 MB file will not be uploded. In case if your file is smaller please try to attach it to some other ticket , in case of failure please send us your servicecamp instance URL and ticket ID as private reply and our team will have a look.
