Single User Multiple Endpoints Setup
I don't see any real clear answers for this in the KB. I thought this would be a pretty common need but I could be mistaken. My basic question is, what steps do I need to take as a single user licensed subscriber, to have my customers set up in such a way that they run the install package I send them, and once they tell me the ID and password they don't have to repeat the process every time they or I need access to that PC (e.g. the password doesn't change or anything like that)?
I've used teamviewer personal in the past and every time the software was opened, the password was changed. I want to avoid all that and not burden my customers. I just want a simple installation solution that is "set it and forget it".
