Does the meeting host send data to all participants?

Hello,

We're planning to do some bigger meetings in the future. now the question is, how does teamviewer handle the traffic? Is the Host sending the Traffic to a central Server which then spreads the data to all participants of the meeting, or does the meeting-host itself send the same Data to all participants the same time?

If so, what bandwidth will be recommended to have for a 25 user Meeting?
