Version 12 for Mac Installs version 11
Hello,
I'm trying to update in my Mac Book (OSX 10.7.5) from Teamviewer version 11 to 12, but when downloading it from the official link it always ends installing 11.0.73955. Therefore, I cannot connect to clients that have version 12 installed :smileysad:
Could you please help me with?
Thank You very much

Hi markachus,
If you run OSX 10.7.X on your Mac, the latest version you can get is the version 11 - this is for compatibility reason.
In your case, you have two options :
- upgrade your OSX to be able to use TeamViewer 12
-Download an older version (version 11) on the partner's sideJulia

Thank you for your reply Julia.
Since I didn't get a message about compatibility I got mixed up and thought it was a wrong link issue.
In my case, 11 is the higher version I'm able to install in my mac (2008) because I also have the latest OS that runs in it
