macOS: every time I start TeamViewer 14 I get Accessibility Access Dialog

On macOS every time I start TeamViewer 14 I get Accessibility Access Dialog:

The first question "Wenn Sie möchten..." / "If you like.." can I answer for me with a no. But TeamViewer don't have this option. How can I hide/disable this dialog?
