"Easy Access" question :-)

Hi everyone :-) We (IRCA) have just upgraded to TV14, looks amazing btw :-)

Is "Easy Access" the only way to grant us IT Admins access to machines, where users are not in front of they're machines (or have logged out), to accept a connection from us? 

If yes, can you push to all machines (We have around 400 users) via Group Policy to grant us 3 IT Admins direct access to they're machines even though they have logged out?

I have been reading this link/post: https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Ideas/Change-password-remotely-by-policy/m-p/1462/highlight/true#M111 but it's from 2016 and not sure if can be used for my "problem" :-)
