Remote clients show status as online

I have a number of clients, but two of them are showing a status of online. When I called to discuss it they both said they were not aware of it.  When I end a session I assumed their  Teamviewer software would terminate, but it appears in both of these cases they remain running.  Should they need to close the session when I disconnect, or should it close automatically?  It's interesting that other clients don't function in this way.

I'd appreciate any thoughts on this.  Perhaps it's an option they need to turn off...
