So I'm trying to remote into my computer at home and it works perfectly fine, but the thing is everytime I try to open up something, it opens then gives me a white screen or stays stuck at the loading screen, I can't do anything and I am unsure of whats going on. I've waited a couple minutes and nothing loads or it's stuck at a white screen.
-Edit, I am trying to use my computer at home while I am at school with my laptop.
