Licence code not valid Teamviewer 10

Hi, I'm having trouble to activate a new instalation of teamviewer with my licence key.
I've completelly deleted the software from my old PC at work; and now i'm trying to make it work in my new one. I know that the licences we have are for TV version 10, but i checked them in TV's web and it says that both licences are for "2X Business Licences for TeamViewer 11".
When i try to put the licence code in version 10, it says it's not a valid code, and in version 11, that the code is not valid for that version of the program.
How should I procede?
Almost all of our job is made through this app, and it is really important that i can make it work.
