need admin rights on a pc im remoting into. i have seen the other link on this site re UAC rights and how ot connect using Win auth for example

i have tried these but as soon as i go to say install a program i get a black screen as im being prompted for the admin account.
how do i get around this. WIN 10 pc' fully up tpo date, teamviewer version 13 and 14
