Trial Expired, but cannot go back to company license
I am using a company lapatop, and I have the commercial veriosn of Teamviewer Host Version 13 installed on the laptop.
All along Teamviewer has been working properly as Host untill recently... because a Portable Version of Teamviewer has been used on the laptop for a while, and since then the Host Teamviewer V13 displayed a message telling me that the trial period has expired. Even after I removed the Portable TeamViewer, uninstalled and reinstalled Teamviewer Host, it continues to say that the trial period has expired and stop working.
Please help me out to reset the account or computer....
