How to disable the comment window after each session?
"Show comment window after each session" can't be turned off. Neither in the client itself nor in the management console. The option is grayed out either way and can't be toggled.
We are paying customers for years and we do not appreciate this annoyance. So how can we resolve this?

do you have a company profile enabled for your license?
In a company profile, you/or the company administrator should be able to disable the comment window.

I don't have a company profile (I click on it in the portal and asks me if I want to set one up) - I also don't subscribe to Connection Reporting.... and I cannot turn this feature off. As you can see in the screen capture it's gray'd out as well. Suggestions??

The box cannot be unchecked. Do you have an alternate solution?

Crickets - all I'm hearing from here... no one from TeamViewer cares to fix this or comment on it.
