New tickets, using own mailserver slow
Greetings
The poll of new mails if setting up "own mailserver" seems to be very slow. At least 40-50 minutes.
Is this by design or is there a way to change it?

yesterday we released improvments to fix this performance issue with emails processing.
Please check from your side as well and let us know if you face any issues.

It's working much better for me now. Only a couple of minutes before it's showing up.

And the mail had arrived in the mailbox within a short moment.

A test showed that it took about 3-4 minutes. It's a great improvement, thanks
If we could get it under 1 minute, it would be fantastic!
