Remote Desktop not showing

Hi everyone,

I installed TeamViewer to access my work computer from my home laptop but every time I try to connect them, I can only see a black or a white screen.

I tried to uninstall it and install it back, but I still have the same problem.

How can I fix it? Help!!!

Btw, I don't have a license and I'm using the free version
