Ticket replies are generating new tickets

Yesterday afternoon Servicecamp started generating a new ticket each time someone replies to an existing ticket. This is causing a lot of confusion as my clients are also getting multiple ticket closed issues when I close all the tickets created on the single support request.

    could you please check one more time form your end and let us know is it still creating new tickets in case of reply to existing ticket.

  • The issue is resolved. I figured it out. There was an email forwarder that was causing the ticket issue.
