I am using Sysinternals Desktops from Microsoft

When I attempt to open TV in another desktop, TV does not open the new connection dialog in that window. When I switch back to the main window, TV is also not running. However if I start TV in the main window everything is normal. I want to be able to start TV in other windows. This Desktop app does not allow me to move applications from one window to another. Any new instance of an application must be opened in the desired window. As far as I can tell, every other application works in any window but TV does not.
Why doesn't TV work in this muti window environment and how do I troubleshoot it?
