I am beign told my trial version is over, but we bought a license about a month ago.

Did you already activate your license on a TeamViewer account? If so, please make sure that you are signed in to your Computer & Contacts list in the locally installed TeamViewer software.

There seems to be something wrong, because I do remember activating the license to my computer. Here are the order details Order # **Please do not post TeamViewer IDs**
Our team has two people. Now we are getting that the Trial Version has expired. This was purchased for 12 months. Not sure what's going on.
