Meeting invitation templates?
When I start a meeting invitation, TV automatically opens an Outlook mail message for me. Can I create an Outlook template with my preferred wording for use with every invitation? Thank you.

Hello @wrkmpls,
Thank you for your post.
It is possible to set a custom invitation directly within the TeamViewer options!
On Windows, go to Extras | Options | Custom Invitation (TeamViewer | Preferences | Custom Invitation on Mac)
Select Meeting Invitation from the drop-down at the top
You may enter the custom information in the Invitation Message textbox.
If you want TeamViewer Meetings to automatically add such information as the meeting ID, you will want to use the E-mail placeholders in the custom invitation. A full list can be seen by clicking the E-mail placeholder button
To add the placeholder, select the place in the custom invitation you would like the information to go, then select the E-mail placeholder button and select the desired info. \
Once done, click Test invitation to see how the invite will look (you will see the placeholders replaced with x's, but in the actual invite you will see the correct information.
Hope this helps!

Hello @JoshP ,
Is there a way to also include the calender date of the meeting in this email? I've been looking for a way to include it in the custom invitation, as it has been confusing for some people that it only shows the time, but not the date if the meeting is planned in advance.
Many thanks in advance.
