Own Mail Server using IMAP with TLS

Hi,

I am trying to add our own mail server to Service Camp but keep getting the same error message, saying there is no email resource at: {outlook.office365.com:993/imap/notls}INBOX.

I was wondering if its possible to change the encryption method to TLS. We know there is no issues with the mail server, as I have tested our mail server and everything is ok. If it's not possible to change the encyption method for IMAP, has anyone been able to find a work around for this?

I am on the same boat as you. And I guess all who use office365 as  mail provider.

 

Teamviewer team please can you provide a solution?

 

Actually just tested agian today and ir worked on incoming using SSL and outgoing TLS.
