Getting Ads in paid version for a while and now they are empty and cannot be cancelled

I am getting Ads in my payed TeamViewer version for a while now. Which by itself is annoying an really intolerable for a paid version!

Since a couple of days, thouse Ads are actually empty and the cancel button does not work anymore. The only way to close the Ad, is to actually click the Ad button.

I expect an official answer to this madness.
