TeamViewer 14 Update / Move Clients in new groups

Hi @all.
Following situtaion:
Around 2500 Clients with TV 12, sorted in groups for each location.
The groups where created by a user, who has left the company several month ago. So currently we can not edit the groups. We are about to create new groups by a service-user, parallel to the current ones. Is there a way, to move the clients into the new groups by commandline in one move with the update to TV 14?
All clients has been installed with the API Key and "-idc" Parameter.
