New ticket from Outlook with attach file, in servicecamp appears file winmail.dat
When an user creates a new ticket from Microsoft Outlook and attach it a file, it’s not possible to see this file added in Servicecamp. Attached file winmail.dat appears in servicecamp replacing original file attached by the user. However if the agent creates the ticket on behalf of user in Servicecamp environment, when user receives message in Microsoft Outlook about ticket creation, and user reponses this message attaching the same file, the attached file appears in Servicecamp correctly.
