Connect servicecamp to Outlook

I'd like to be able to view my tickets from Outlook.

Is this possible?

Actually that's not possible to see ticket from outlook, you can only create tickets from outlook.
As a workaround we can suggest to use Teamviewer client from which you cna create tickets and see tickets list opened for that customers.
