Black Screen on remote screen isolated to one computer

So I have the dreaded black screen on loading, it happens from my laptop to every one of my computers in my list(when I'm connnecting to their screens). It's only from my machine, an identical macbook 13inch running the same version of Mojave 10.14.3 is fine, running the same version of teamviewer (14.1.18533), so the problem is my machine.

Accessibility is enabled for both teamviewer and teamviewer_desktop, I've got the latest browser, rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled the teamviewer app. What else can I try to get this working short of wiping my machine?
