I have one device that is comsuming all of my storage space. I have the file retention set @ 10 days yet I see large file backups from last year.
How does one get the file retention period to work correctly?

Thank you for your question. We do not have an known issue with our retention period. That you still have files from last year maybe a normal behavior if they are new versions of this file. We might need some details from you to investigate this case. Can you please contact our support ?
