Cannot Open New Ticket - "Move to new Window" acts like "Close Connection"
I've tried twice to open a new ticket, I cannot. Once I get all the fields filled out, I'm given an "error" and told to contact the helpdesk... which I cannot, because I cannot open a new ticket.
So let's hope this works better:
When I have my session window open and I have all the machines tabbed at the top of the screen and I try to break one of them out by clicking on the machine's name and clicking on "Move to New Window," TV acts like I clicked on "Close Connection."
What to do?
