I think I've gone through the steps to set up WOL on my HP desktop computer.  But when I start up Teamviewer on a computer outside my network and try to access it, I get a message that says "Teamviewer not running on partner computer".  Somehow, I managed to get into the TeamViewer Management Console on that outside computer, and the WakeUp button is there, but when I click on it I get "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request".  Obviously something is missing in my set up but I'm not sure where to look.  Any suggestions?
