Teamviewer14 not working in Australia

Teamviewer (business edition)not working start from 7th April, 2019 for remoting from HK to New Castle Australia, error message : "Wait for connectFailed", router restart with all the port for teamviewer open : 5938, 5939, 57709, 57710, 5353 . (15 computers scanned for no malware and virus)

Finally i need to use **Third Party Product** for remoting.

What wrong for Teamviewer ??
