I am unable to get into my moms computer as its asking me for passord, I'm putting in what I thought was my set up password and its denying me saying its not correct.
When I go to her house, where exactly do I need to go (in teamviewer) ...what tab to check this and be sure I can get in next time I try from my house?
Please give me simple steps as i'm not a techy...........Thanks for your help
