Change random password? message

Why am I all of a sudden getting this on my machines?

I have 2 new Windows 10 PCs in my office on test before deployment. They were working fine yesterday, now I keep seeing this annoying message appear every time I disconnect. 

I have tried logging in on via 2 different machines and get the same on both the clients.

Why? How? How do I turn it off so I NEVER see it again ?!

 

I just tried to log on to another PC in the office, no message.

For anyone coming here for this from google like I was to turn this annoying dialog off do the following.

Settings->Advanced->Show Advanced Options

for "Random password after each session" select "keep current".
