Forwarded Emails don't Create Tickets

I'm trying to leverage our companies existing Zendesk implementation to forward my IT team tickets directly into Servicecamp. However, I can't seem to be able to get these emails into Servicecamp. When I email it directly, it works; when I CC it in an email, it works. For some reason, I wonder if it’s blocking Zendesk...
Does anyone have an idea?
