Chrome OS Does Not show ID and PASSWORD

I installed TV on a Chromebook but when I open it, it only shows a Partner ID field and not an ID and PAssword. I am a tech using WIndows 10 to access my customers' computers, however I can't do that with CHrome as it only appears to access someone else's computer when asking for partner ID. It doesn't react as TV installed on a WIndows or Mac machine. How can I access TV on the CHromebook from my WIndows 10 machine?

Thank you for your post.

As seen in our Knowledgebase article, TeamViewer for ChromeOS/Chromebook allows outgoing connections only; it is not currently possible to remote into such a device.
