Hi,Yesterday i´ve installed a brand new Windows 10 Build 1703 with a Teamviewer Host 12 for remote control. I can use Teamviewer as long as any user is signed in. After a reboot or signing out i can´t connect again.

Automatic logon to Windows is a workaround for this (yet unsolved huge!) problem: https://www.cnet.com/how-to/automatically-log-in-to-your-windows-10-pc/Still if you happen to log out (and disconnect form teamviewer), you won't be able to reconnect later.
this dont´t work for me. It´s not an upgrade.

You may want to read this post. A similar problem was resolved by rolling back the Windows version.

Here is something else to try.
Options > Advanced > (Show Advanced Options) > Full access control when a partner is conecting to the Windows logon screen.
