How to install TeamViewer on Windows 7, 8 and 10
Hi,
Yesterday i´ve installed a brand new Windows 10 Build 1703 with a Teamviewer Host 12 for remote control. I can use Teamviewer as long as any user is signed in. After a reboot or signing out i can´t connect again.
Please help!

- During the install, make sure you selected "install for anyone who uses this computer".
- In Options, make sure TeamViewer is set to start with Windows.
- Is the computer connected to a network before a user logs in? The computer may not be attatching to your network while still at the login screen.

Here is something else to try.
Options > Advanced > (Show Advanced Options) > Full access control when a partner is conecting to the Windows logon screen.

You may want to read this post. A similar problem was resolved by rolling back the Windows version.

this dont´t work for me. It´s not an upgrade.
There is a similar case, but not a solution until yet. :

Automatic logon to Windows is a workaround for this (yet unsolved huge!) problem: https://www.cnet.com/how-to/automatically-log-in-to-your-windows-10-pc/
Still if you happen to log out (and disconnect form teamviewer), you won't be able to reconnect later.0
