Does the client need to download TeamViewer in order to do a remote session with them? Is there a way to email them a link and then they can click on it and type in ID and I’m in? It seems cumbersome to have to tell them to go online and download TeamViewer just to do a remote session, like with a goto meeting they send link and you type id and bam, thanks for helpful input guys
