Service Queue notifications

We have a personalized TeamViewer Quicksupport module.

The problem we are having is that only 1 of our 4 staff members responsible for the Support is receiving the notification on the service queue.The one member who receives the notification in the service queue is listed as owner of the QuickSupport module.

What do we have to do so that all 4 receive the notification on the TeamViewer client service queue?
