Rem0te Control not working

Hi,

I have a problem with gaining remote control through Quicksupport on Zebra MC33 devices.

I can watch the screen, but i cannot control it from my PC.

Latest versions should work with Zebra devices (as it says in the app decription), but doesn;t seem to work for me.

I've tried to run it through Advanved>Remote Control, but it doesn't really do anything when I click it.

Do somone had simillar problem? Is there any solution?
