No trusted device confirmation email
We're having an issue with adding devices for unattended access. When adding a computer to computers & contacts the process :
"To ensure the continued security of your account, you need to first confirm this device is a trusted device.
We have sent you a confirmation email containing a device authorization link..."
does not succeed in sending the message. We've not been able to recieve the message even though it used to work,

I have the same problem with my original account (this is just setup to be able to write this.)
I can non use the software, the management console och the forum.
And not activate two-way activation then I can not log in...
Please advice!

Why am I getting constant stream of requests to add a trusted device when they have already been trusted "Yes, trust this device" and they show up in the management console?
