Multiple group member notifications for service request

Hello, I have set up my groups in TV to align with our departmental groups in Active Directory. We have 8 groups in total. Recently we had a need to set up a second service queue. The issue is that the notification should go to people in different groups. I am not sure how I can setup the service queue notification to different people in different groups. If that is even possible. Or maybe I should create a notification of the service request to a distribution list with those members in it. If I do that, then who would I assign the request to initially?

    Hello @Metoo0716,

    Thank you for your message.

What I recommend you to do, is to assign the QuickSupport to a group and when you edit it, let your it on Unassigned:

Then, share the group with all the users you want to share it with and set as Permission Full control.

All the service cases that will be created from this QuickSupport will appear in this specific group you have assign it to, and all the users will be able to see the service popping up.

I hope this could help. If not, do not hesitate to ask your questions here.

    Cheers
