Hi, I tried to purchase a one year license. I filled all my information, scan Alipay QR-code, then it returned to an error page but my money was already gone. That became worse when I tried the second time, now I paid twice but got nothing. I couldn't find any purchase history in my account either, only I had was the record on Alipay. I have submit a ticket but I don't know if it will work or not. Could anyone help me?
