Whitescreen
Hi using teamviewer on a windows 10 pc and using the android app i can access the pc remotely just fine.
Problem is when i try to remote access via my work pc using the IE browser and web connect. When i establish a connection all i get is a white window.
I looked at other posts and played around with hardware acceleration as suggested but it has had no effect.
Work uses IE11, windows 7 and my teamviewer is presumably the latest as i checked for updates and there are none.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you for your post.
Could you please try the same in a different browser (such as Chrome) and let us know if the issue persists? We are aware of some compatibility issues with IE and our teams are looking in to this.
