Teamviewer not running on partner computer

**bleep** software keeps telling me that teamviewer not running on partner computer YET it gives me pop up messsages from teamviewer that the computre I am trying to access has signed in. 

When I then olpen teamviewer I can see the other computer but when trying to connect I just get the message. I go to the other computer, yes they are on the same network in the same building, open it open and YES teamviewer is running.  

I try again I get partner not connected to the same router. Oh yes it is there is ONLY one router. So clearly Teamviewer have no idea baout anything....

You should try to change the router.
